Hi, We are Sinéad and Shauna

We've recovered from disordered eating behaviours and unhealthy body image. We are Intuitive Eating Counsellors with a background in mental health, eating disorder counselling, psychotherapy, nutrition, and mindfulness skills.

We feel at peace with food and body (for the most part!) there’s no such thing as perfect body image! We have learned the hard way the negative consequences of dieting, not just for us as individuals but for our children. We know that it is never too late to heal your relationship with food and body and we all deserve this freedom.

Getting to this point wasn’t easy

Diet culture has become so ingrained in us all that it was so normal for us to pursue weight loss, talk about the latest diet we were on and spend all your time thinking about food and weight. 

Shauna even became a ‘Slimming Consultant’

But it’s not normal in the slightest.

It took us years and years to see this truth.

We tried all the diets going, each one getting harder and harder and more and more stressful.

Each diet taking its toll on our physical and mental health.

We eventually came to the realisation that dieting was unsustainable, ineffective and miserable for us and the majority of people we came into contact with.

And that there was so much more to living this life than spending it obsessed by food, body and weight.

Q: I am new to intuitive eating is this suitable?

A: Yes, it is designed for beginners, and even if you have been on the journey for a while, you will still get great value from the information, worksheets, and bonuses.

Q: I have an active eating disorder is this suitable?

A: If you have active eating disorder it may not be suitable. Please seek clearance from your GP or email us for clarification.

Q: Can I wait and join later?
