Getting to this point wasn’t easy

Hi, I’m Sinéad Crowe

An Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Nutritional Therapist, and Perinatal Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. I was a lifelong dieter and struggled with binge eating for over 20 years, which caused me guilt and shame. At one point, I even imposed rigid food rules on my older children due to my extreme habits.

I’ve successfully transformed my own relationship with food and body, and I now raise my younger children as intuitive eaters. In 2020, my sister and I co-founded @intuitive.eating.ireland to empower others who may be using food to cope with their own challenges.

Having found my path to freedom, I am passionate about guiding people towards liberation from disordered eating patterns and helping them embrace a more peaceful and mindful approach to food and life.

Hi, I’m Shauna Gibson

An Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Eating Psychology Coach with expertise in treating Eating Disorders and eating-related issues. In my late teenage years, I started dieting and even worked as a Slimming Consultant for some time. However, I became disillusioned with the industry and found my true passion in eating psychology. Through studying with various eating psychology experts worldwide, I now embrace a weight-neutral approach, advocating for health and well-being through intuitive eating.

I am passionate about sharing the tools I have learned and embody, with others to heal their relationship with food and body too. Witnessing the transformative power of these techniques in my own life drives me to support others on their journey to freedom and empowerment.

Each module contains a range of videos, worksheets and audios to complete in your own time. *there is no requirement to complete any module in any given time. You have access to this information for life, we advise you to go at your own pace*.


4 x 90 Minute Coaching Calls (every other week)

Every other Wednesday we meet at 7:45pm to coach on one of the Modules. You will have the chance to as questions. Please do not feel worried about joining a live call you do not have to participate if you do not feel able to do so. You do not need to have your camera on. Typically we find that once you get started, people feel less anxious about participating. The more you offer in the group the more you get from it.


10 Weeks of Telegram App Support *Higher Tier Support Option Only

We provide the best support ever! This is a wonderfully supportive community of like-minded people sharing daily thoughts, learnings and obstacles. This is the space to ask your questions on a daily basis and your questions will be answered (usually via voice note) by Sinéad or Shauna within a 24 hour window. You will usually receive a promptly reply. We do not work at the weekends but we welcome you to share on Saturday’s/Sunday’s, if we don’t have an opportunity to reply over the weekend, you will receive a reply early Monday.
